St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board

One staple item that is always fun to bring in the season or holiday spirit is the charcuterie board! I remember my first board I ever created. It was during COVID years when I was bored and trying all of the things. The board itself wasn’t the memorable part. Me trying to pronounce the word “CHARCUTERIE”… now that was comical. Say Charcuterie board 3 times fast, I DARE YOU!

These boards can be used for literally ANYTHING! You can make it themed for a holiday or for a certain character. For example, last year when the new Hocus Pocus 2 was coming out there were Sanderson Sister Charcuterie boards that were super trending! You can make it certain colors for the holidays or party-themed, like red and green for Christmas or like this St. Patrick’s Day theme with green. Basically, what I’m saying is, the possibilities with a charcuterie board are endless!

Ingredients for my St. Patrick’s Day board:

  • Airheads
  • Green Oreos
  • yogurt pretzels
  • Skittles
  • mini donuts
  • frosted cookies from the bakery section
  • grapes
  • kiwi

I hear a lot that people feel “they aren’t creative” and “they could never do that.” Personally I feel like people focus too hard on things being perfect and not just on making in yours. Honestly you want things on a charcuterie board to be perfectly imperfect. Meaning… there really is no perfect when it comes to crafting. Charcuterie boards to me are crafting. You are crafting and creating a variety of items and placing them on the board. Like anything else the more you practice the more you will be satisfied with how it has turned out.

A lot of the time I believe some people (including me) are scared to try new things because we just assume we will be bad at it. And to be honest you probably will be. Who does something once and is a master. Professional sports players don’t become “PROFESSIONALS” overnight! I encourage you to try something new. I remember the first time I was going to create my first board I was so nervous, but then when I was finished. My first thought was, that was not at all how hard I thought it would be and it actually looked cute!

Follow along as I continue to make fun seasonal Charcuterie boards! My favorite board that I use to create these charcuterie boards is [LINKED HERE]. I am secretly addicted to this board. It is so fun and festive and I’m low key addicted to making them! I made one last year for our Halloween movie premiere and it was the BEST… I stuck a knife in the popcorn-RIGHT ON TREND for the movie we were watching! We have weekly movie nights for the family and I love to create a board full of snacks. I’m telling y’all the possibilities with these are endless!

Thanks for reading! I hope I inspired you to create your own board! Please tag me in your beautiful creations! And make sure you are following me on all my socials so you don’t miss any of my seasonal content!
