Friday Favs- March 10, 2023

Hello everyone!!! I am so excited to share my favorite items from this week. If you are new here, every Friday I share my personal favorite items for the week. It’s a wide variety of random things, but basically it’s something that has made my life easier, or something pretty I’ve enjoyed or something comfy I’ve been wearing. These things have become a staple in my life and I love them so much that I cannot wait to share them with the world and how they have benefited me.

FRIDAY FAV#1: OIL DIFFUSER: If you don’t already know… we live in south Texas and there are a few times a year that the allergies are BAD! Another level bad. My husband got me on to the oils trend about five years ago and I will tell you that it wasn’t until this year that I really jumped on the band wagon. I do truly believe that oils have helped us in many ways. I have had this beautiful diffuser for years and recently she has been putting in some serious work since our allergies have been HORRIBLE. The ceramic design is beautiful and no matter where you put it in your home it looks so sleek and gorgeous. It has 6 light settings and 2 mist modes. It also has an eight hour run time with automatic shut-off when the water runs out. I’m trying to get away from candles because of the toxicity of most candles, but I love to have something making my home smell cozy and yummy. This diffuser is the perfect solution.

FRIDAY FAV #2: YUMMY SMELLS: If you know me … you know that I HAVE A THING for smells! My house has to have a smell, my truck and most importantly ME! I was influenced on Tik Tok to try a different smell of the same brand that I usually use. I went into Sephora to try all the Sol de Janeiro smells and the viral yellow scent ….. it was okay (yellow bottle)…. I thought it smelled too “vanillaey” (IS THAT A WORD?)! I will tell you they ALL smell amazing but my personal favorite is Beija Flor(pink bottle). I use the Collagen Boosting Beija Flor Elasti-Cream Body Cream on my arms and the body spray. I will tell you ALL day long I can smell it! I can smell it even when I’m doing my laundry… like while throwing clothes in the wash I can smell it on the clothes I was wearing! She is small but mighty and I’m hooked for life!

FRIDAY FAV#3: COZY BLANKET: Our family is obsessed with all the cozy things! I found this blanket at Walmart months ago and I actually own it in a few colors! It’s a “barefoot dream” dupe for a fraction of the price! The material is lighter so I can use it all year around here in Texas. We have the grey leopard, beige leopard and white. We literally fight over these blankets and half the time I cannot find one because they are in the boys’ rooms. I love them so much that I feel like everyone needs one. So, for Christmas I gifted these blankets to a few people just because they are truly the perfect gift. These would make a great house warming gift as well! And if you haven’t noticed I have a particular “vibe” in my house and these blankets fit the vibe perfectly! BONUS!
