BEST GIFT FOR TEACHERS

Why The Best Teacher Gifts Aren’t Mugs
I don’t know about y’all, but I LOVE to gift AND SPOIL my boys’ teachers. They deal with a lot, and I just want them to know how much they are appreciated.
Now, I know getting them an actual gift they like can be hard considering we don’t know them super well. I know we find those cute mugs, but let’s be honest: THEY ARE SO TIRED OF GETTING MUGS… or things that have to do with APPLES!
The Secret: A Teacher Favorite Things Questionnaire
A few years ago, when I was a part of the PTO, we came up with the idea of having each teacher and school staff member fill out a favorites survey.
That way, if a parent wanted to know the principal’s, the nurse’s, or their child’s teacher’s favorites, they had a cheat sheet. You can literally gift them THEIR FAVORITES! Using a printable survey takes all the guesswork out of back-to-school shopping, holiday gifting, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
How to Use This Free Teacher Questionnaire Printable
I’m not kidding, I love to buy gifts for all of the faculty and staff, but I want to make sure I get them stuff they will actually LOVE and use. If you can’t already tell… I LOVE TO GIFT! We did this for our bus driver last year, and it made her year. It brought so much joy to my heart to see her so happy, and my boys loved making her smile.
Here is how we do it:
- On the first day of school, I have my boys take these to their teachers.
- The teacher usually fills it out in a day or two and sends it home with the child.
- Then, you just keep this piece of gold in a safe place.
- When their birthday, Christmas, or Teacher Appreciation Week rolls around… YOU CAN GET THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT!
