FALL FABRIC GARLAND

I have always wanted to make one of these fabric garlands and I had no idea how easy they were. I wish I would have done this sooner!!!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

  1. Ribbon or Fabric… I will say fabric is a more cheaper route, but I did a mix of both. Good places to get both.. (Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Joanns, Dollar Tree)
  2. Scissors
  3. Twine- to fasten your fabric to

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut your fabric- I cut all the fabric and ribbon first.. just felt like it would be easier to tie all at once. I used various lengths from 20″-26″.. I think you should have different lengths to give it more character and help layer the look.
  2. Cut your twine- I went ahead and hung the twin where I would be hanging the garland so I could get the exact length for the garland.
  3. Begin tieing your ribbon on the twine
  4. Continue and just layer the look
